With double outdoor swimming pool, two lounges (one of which features a dining area and butler’s kitchen), patio and bale hut by the pool as well as a garden at the back, Villa Umah Raja features absolute luxury accommodation in Lovina with free WiFi and hills and ocean views. The villa is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all main rooms. The 3 bedrooms are all ensuite, and there is an additional toilet room on the main floor.

PRICES
While all our prices include the nominated 10% Service Fee (monthly totals shared between all staff) and 11% Service Tax, you may wish to pay attention to restaurants and other services, who may add this to their recorded list prices.

TIPPING
While service fees are either included or added to your bill, tips are widely used and accepted in Bali; however there is no ‘nominated’ percentage expectation. During your stay in Villa Umah Raja, we ask kindly that you do not tip concurrently, but if you do wish to tip, please leave a sum with the manager while checking out, and she will ensure it is fairly shared between all staff. We thank you for your consideration of also those staff members that you do not see or meet during your stay, but who plays as important a role in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-In time is from 2 pm on your day of arrival, and check-out time by 12 pm on your date of departure. Should you wish to have late check-out, please ask the villa staff, who will be delighted to accommodate you, subject to availability. Late check-out, where available, will be free of additional room charges between 12-4pm, from 4-8pm will attract an additional half day room fee, and after 8 pm, a full day room fee.

Transfers to/from the airport or other hotels/locations in Bali is available. Please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Costs are listed below, or by request, from the villa staff.
