Services - Villa Umah Raja

 

Located in Lovina, Villa Umah Raja offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi, a butler’s kitchen, and room service. The villa provides two lounges, one with a dining area, a garden, as well as a terrace. The villa comes with 3 ensuite bedrooms, an extra toilet room, flat-screen TV, and a pool patio with an abundance of hills and ocean views. An à la carte breakfast is available each morning at the villa. If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible nearby and Villa Umah Raja can arrange a car rental service. Krisna Water Sports is 8 km from the villa. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International, 88.5 km from Villa Umah Raja. We offer a paid airport shuttle service. The villa may be booked as a whole, or one or more suites. If booking a suite, all common areas will be shared with other guests.

ADAPTORS
Adaptors are available in the room. Please ask the villa staff for any additional required. Electricity is 220V
AIR CONDITIONING
All bedrooms and main living areas are equipped with air conditioning. For the sake of the environment, we ask that you please turn it off when leaving the room. We also strongly recommend using the fans where available, in place of air conditioners, when possible and comfortable.
AMENITIES
The amenities in the room and the villa (sarong, kimono, books, movies, games, etc.) are there for your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. They are generally available for purchase. Just ask our friendly staff. Should you take any with you, and have failed to arrange the purchase in advance, the nominated price will be charged to your credit card.
BREAKFAST
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, breakfast is included in your daily room charge, and will be served at the time of your request between 7 and 10 am. Please order your preferences from the menu by 5 pm the day before.
BAR SERVICE
A selection of wines, beer, soft drinks, etc. will be available from the kitchen minibar, in form of an ‘honesty system’. Charts are placed on the kitchen counter for you to sign off your takings, which will be included in your final bill on departure. The minibar will be replenished daily during the morning service. If you would like additional replenishments, or have special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact our villa staff
DO NOT DISTURB
Should you not wish to be disturbed, please just notify our staff in advance, or place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your room door, or if you have booked the entire villa, outside the front entrance.
DINNER
There are several restaurants in the area, and our friendly staff will be delighted to assist you with reservations or organising take-away services.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
A fire extinguisher is in the kitchen cupboard underneath the sink. Instructions for use are attached to the extinguisher.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your stay is fully serviced. Beds will be made, and rooms cleaned each day between 10 am and 1 pm, unless you have elected to not be disturbed. Extra pillow is provided in the wardrobe, bedlinen will be changed every 3 days, as will towels (incl. pool towels), unless otherwise agreed. Please do not hesitate to speak with our friendly staff about anything we can do to ensure your stay is comfortable.
INTERNET
Mobile internet service is provided via wi-fi throughout the villa. The Wi-Fi network is "VillaUmahRaja" and the password will be available in the villa, provided by staff at your arrival. There is no limit to the number of devices you can connect. The network is generally strong enough for emailing, streaming, and general browsing. However, in consideration of other guests, we ask that you please limit your background connectivity and downloading to a minimum.
IRONING BOARD
Ironing service is available; however, we are also happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board for self- service.
LAUNDRY
Laundry service is available daily for next day return. A laundry bag and laundry menu is provided in your bathroom. Please contact our staff to arrange collection, or alternatively leave the bag inside your room door, for collection during the daily morning service. Should you require emergency/same day return service, this may be arranged by staff at additional cost. Please note that dry cleaning service unfortunately is not currently available in north Bali.
POOL TOWELS
Pool Towels are provided by the pool for free use. Should you choose to bring the towels with you for your daily excursions, please feel free to do so, but please note that in the event of non-return, the cost of a replacement will be charged to your final bill.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
A personal safety deposit box is provided in your room. Please read the instructions for use carefully. All personal belongings should be kept in the safety box.
SHOES
We kindly ask you to take off your shoes before entering the villa, and to help conserve the pristinity of the timber floors, to not wear shoes inside. Flip Flops (Thongs) are fine to use. Thank you for your support.
SMOKING
Ashtrays are available on request, for outdoor smoking only. We thank you for your consideration to not smoke indoors.
WATER
Potable water is provided from the fountain in the living room. Reusable bottles are filled from the fountain and placed in your bathroom daily, for your convenience. Should you wish to bring water with you for your excursions, our staff will be happy to provide bottles for use during your stay.
